Linda Smith has been President of U SNAP BAC, Inc for 29 years! 

U SNAP BAC Inc. is a non-profit organization that has operated in the City of Detroit for over 38 years providing services to empower the residences of the City of Detroit.  The mission of U SNAP BAC Inc. is to create healthy neighborhoods and advance racial equity in our communities. Their goal is to increase housing stability and affordable homeownership for Detroit residents by the provision of housing services.  USB is also a Housing Developer, having developed 64 units of rental Townhouses, Alter Rd/ Wayburn, 30 units of permanent housing for 30 women and children of families who are dealing with domestic violence/drug abuse.
