Rotary DCFC game
On Saturday the 20th, fifteen Rotarians and friends gathered for a fun evening at a Detroit Football Club game. The adventure started at the New Dodge Lounge as we gathered with other fans and joined the March to the Match. Prior to each home match supporters will meet at New Dodge Lounge to get the party started and then lead a march filled with drumming, chanting, and singing through the streets of Hamtramck to Keyworth Stadium.
We were seated in the premium Railyard Club section were we enjoyed comfortable seats and a complimentary buffet served in an exclusive patio area behind the grandstand. Unfortunately the DFC was defeated by the Lexington Soccer Club 0 - 1 due to a lucky shot at the 74th minute of the game.
Regardless, everyone had a good time and we look forward to going again. Kudos to Sarah Ollison and Beverly Curtiss Walsh for putting this together!
